Current Job Openings

Service Technician:

  • Check Cables, Check for Updates, &/or Install new software.
  • Checks for Existing Service Provider, Replace or Install Cables where needed.
  • Installs / Repairs and / or Digital Marketing Equipment, makes adjustments as needed.
  • Works with Management and Business to ensure job completion.
  • Service Tech is the main team on a job site and must be able to complete the job without the assistance of the helpdesk staff.
  • Requires a valid Driver's License, understanding of computers and networking, as well as great public communication skills.

Helpdesk Specialist:

  • Remote Access to incoming individuals to correct problems.
  • Set up Appointment for Technicians.
  • Works with remote desktop software to correct problems.
  • Pushes updates to software and hardware drivers, remotely.
  • Consistently checks remote devices for additional errors and corrects as needed.
  • Requires Helpdesk, remote assistance and great communication skills.

Office Worker:

  • Secretary and Phone Operator.
  • Helps with office work, by straightening the office desks.
  • Handles answering the operator extension.
  • Handles the everyday Secretarial duties.
  • Handles, keeping the office clean and neat for management.
  • Requires Secretarial skills and computer knowledge to go with said title.
